British Police officers near Olympic Stadium and the U.S. women’s gymnastics team dutifully angled their arms and gazed skyward.Countless tourists have done their best to imitate the likeness of the fastest running in the world next to his wax replica at Madame Tussauds in London. And somewhere, Prince Harry may be leaning with his left arm extended, as he did when he met the Jamaican sprinter in March.
