Coda: The Walkmen satisfy; Reflections on John Lennon; All I really needed to know I learned from a rock star

This week, we broke down the man behind the guitar. (Kyle Gustafson/FTWP)

The Walkmen performed at 9:30, Warpaint held it down at the Rock and Roll Hotel, and Chris Richards talks with Chris Blackwell on why go-go will always belong to DC. In anticipation of his December 7 show, we took the time to break down the man that is Jeff Tweedy and discuss which DC bands needs to give it one more go. While a person can have as many role models as they want, real life lessons can be found by simply picking up select rock star biographies. Finally, take time to read some of the bittersweet recollections on the death of John Lennon, which occurred thirty years ago this week. Stay warm and see you next week!
