Singles file: Lady Gaga, Big K.R.I.T., Tyler Jon Tyler

A weekly playlist for the listener with a one-track mind...

Lady Gaga: "Scheisse" (Lady Gaga remix)

It begins: The Year of Gaga kicks off with Gaga's remix of her own song, premiered at a Thierry Mugler fashion show in Paris. The track, in which Gaga mutters things in German over a forbidding and vaguely Teutonic beat, is likely to land on "Born This Way" when it drops in May.

True Womanhood: "Minajah"

On the latest offering from its Reel Too Real project, recorded on reel-to-reel tape, the D.C.-based outfit tries its hand at an analog moombahton track.

Tyler Jon Tyler: "Tick Tock Tick"

The latest from the Chicago-based trio is a fuzzy and impossibly happy jangle pop gem with a Lemonheads-meet-the-Vaselines-in-1991 feel.

Big K.R.I.T. with Grillade: "Neva Go Back"

San Francisco psychedelic pop group Grillade teams up with K.R.I.T. for this harmony-happy reworking of a track from "K.R.I.T. Wuz Here."

Girl Talk: Mashed Up Mash-up

Just when you thought Girl Talk couldn't get any more meta, two of its mash-up discs, "Night Ripper" and "All Day," are themselves mashed together by enterprising artist Evan Roth, with predictably brain-imploding results.
