Week ahead: Sade and Bon Iver — a great week for lovers, and music lovers

If you go to one show this week, make it: The long (long)-awaited return of Sade to D.C. at the Verizon Center on Wednesday. You know how awesome her 2010 album “Soldier of Love” is. You know how awesome the older material is. You don’t know when your next chance will be. Enough said.

If you listen to one new album this week, make it: The self-titled second album by Bon Iver. Our Chris Richards can’t say enough great things about “Bon Iver” — you can read those great things in tomorrow’s review.

And if you stay up late to watch one performance on TV this week, make it: The 20-years in the making late night TV debut of one of the ’90s very best indie rock acts, Archers of Loaf, finally getting their reunion-moment-in-the-sun. They’ll be on “Fallon” on Friday.
