A Baltimore police spokesman says five men have died in separate shootings over the weekend, and police are investigating the possibility that two of the shootings are related.
Baltimore police spokesman Det. Jeremy Silbert says the first victim was a 22-year-old man who died Saturday after being shot in the head in the Parkside neighborhood.
A second man was found shot in the chest the Oakenshawe community and died at a hospital, and a 46-year-old man died after being shot inside a home.
On Sunday, officers on patrol in the Coppin Heights neighborhood heard gunshots, and found a 33-year-old man shot multiple times. The man later died at a hospital. In northwest Baltimore, a 51-year-old man was fatally shot in the stomach and knee.
