Photo of baby found near church released

Police have released a photo of the baby found outside the Saint Raymond of Penafort Catholic Church on Sunday.

The baby was found in a hot pink bag, a photo of which was also released Monday by the Fairfax County Police Department.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 703-691-2131. You can also call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS/8477, reach them online e-mail at text "TIP187" and a message to CRIMES/274637.

The newborn girl was left in the parking lot of the Springfield Catholic church just before Mass on Sunday. Police are still trying to find the mother.
