Va. school volunteer turns self in

A Fairfax County elementary school volunteer was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery after an investigation found that two 7-year-old students had been allegedly inappropriately touched at Groveton Elementary School where he volunteered, according to police.

The alleged offenses took place in May, police said.

Fairfax County police arrested George Ball, 75, of the 5900 block of Mount Eagle Drive, after Ball turned himself in on Wednesday.
