Cornerback Al Harris, released by the Green Bay Packers earlier this week, has signed with the Miami Dolphins.
Harris, who tore his anterior cruciate ligament last season, had been on the physically unable to perform list and had been practicing again before his release. Although Harris is 35, he may be able to help the Dolphins, who've been plagued by the dropsies.
