Comcast will broadcast Wizards games in high-definition

Comcast SportsNet will broadcast all Wizards games in high-definition this season, the network and team announced today.

That's 83 games (three preseason) in crisp, vivid HD. CSN notes that there'll be 73 games on Comcast SportsNet and 10 on Comcast SportsNet Plus. For details on Comcast SportsNet Plus HD and channel location, check with CSNwashington.com or CSNbaltimore.com.

Forget the minutiae, though -- the John Wall era will be brought to you in high def.

"We're excited to partner with Comcast SportsNet to bring our fans complete coverage of the 2010-11 season," said Greg Bibb, the Wizards' executive vice president of business operations. "We have spent the offseason trying to find ways to improve our overall fan experience, and having each game broadcast by CSN available in HD definitely adds to that list."
