Denver Broncos turn coaching search into reality show

Say this for the Denver Broncos: they're bringing a new level of transparency to their coaching interviews.

It's a calculated, PR-kind of transparency. (A job candidate is going to rip the team on camera? Please.) It would be nice to see the interviews with Pat Bowlen and John Elway, but at least fans know who's coming and going and they get a sense of each guy.

The danger, of course, is Bowlen, Elway and other Broncos officials may come to a different conclusion about which coach to hire than fans. Still, it makes for essential viewing for any Broncos fan. An enterprising owner -- know of any? -- could even put the videos behind a pay wall...

So far, Rick Dennison, Perry Fewell, Dirk Koetter and Eric Studesville have interviewed. Former Carolina Panthers Coach John Fox has been unable to get to Denver for an interview because of bad weather in North Carolina.

Watch the videos here.
