Good thing many of you have a three-day weekend coming up, because there’s a lot going happening this weekend. There’s a decidedly celebratory theme to the proceedings, with festivals for food (Taste of D.C.), drink (Capitol City Brewing Company’s Mid-Atlantic Oktoberfest), neighborhoods (Columbia Heights Day) and music (Virgin Mobile FreeFest). There’s also the hype surrounding the Nationals, who begin the playoffs Sunday afternoon.
