Jun. 19, 2012 - A development team called Stanton-EastBanc has proposed a mixed-use development at the site of Hine Jr. High School on Capitol Hill. Some residents of the Eastern Market community object to the project’s height, which will be several stories higher than most of the rowhomes in the neighborhood.
