Aaron Thomas is accused of a series of rapes and attacks on more than a dozen women since the late 1990s.

Aaron Thomas arrives in police custody at an airport in Manassas. Thomas, who was arrested in New Haven, Conn., in March, faces a litany of charges in Prince William County including abduction, use of a firearm in commission of a felony in the first degree and two counts of rape. He allegedly attacked three trick-or-treaters on Halloween in 2009.
