A new model for university inventors

V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai invented the EMAIL system at the age of 14 in 1978. His discovery was entered into the Smithsonian's collection. He spoke with the Post's Emi Kolawole about the the path inventors in academia should take to make sure their inventions are not lost on laboratory shelves. (Feb. 17)
