The Queens Canadian flag is carried up the steps to be hoisted by Canada's Secretary to the Queen Kevin MacLeod to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth during a flag raising ceremony on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. Worldwide celebrations of the Diamond Jubilee will continue for four months, culminating in a lavish ceremony in London on the anniversary of the 1953 coronation.
